After you determine your eligibility you’ll need to submit the CUSP application located in the Community Hub. Please take the time to completely fill out the application. After we receive your completed application and the CUSP application fee, it will be reviewed for eligibility by the CUSP application review committee. You will be notified by email within 7-10 business days if your application status.
There is an application fee of $80/USOLN non-member and $60/USOLN member that must be paid in order for your application to be reviewed.
Do not register and pay for the CUSP exam until your application has been approved.
